This branch has the worst service ever. My legal name is changed and my mortgage account has the old name with them. I just wanted to open a check account, and they forced me to change the name on the mortgage. Because of that, I drove back home to find out my name change documents and passport, then they said I needed the birth certificate which I don't have in hands. Failed service. I am happy to use other banks now.
